Trudie’s Path to Play
It began in childhood. What a surprise!
It was a rural upstate New York setting and summers filled with swings, monkey bars and mud pies.
Trudie's calloused hands grabbed hold of the rope swing and she jumped on to the seat. Her legs began pumping and she was flying.
Exhilaration was in the air!
Years passed. Trudie was at a low spot, filled with anxiety and stress.
Soon skipping and the Heartitudes (hearted headed people in the logo) gently nudged her to play.
She began researching and learning. Everything confirmed the importance of play -- regardless of her age.
Thus began her vision of sharing this life tool.
